Bearing Witness doula anthology submission

I can't believe I squeaked in my submission at the last possible second.  Well, not the last possible second but less than 20 minutes to go and that's with an extension.  What I am referring to is the call for authors for the next two books in the Bearing Witness series about doulas.  The first one was such a success that two more are in the works.  What an exciting time!  Actually, there's going to be a lot of waiting before all we eager authors get to hear any news.

Why am I so very late?  It's a long story and I usually don't procrastinate.  I'm getting better at it (procrastinating that is) with age.  In high school and university I always submitted assignments ahead of time. So what's the long story part?  It's too long for a blog, suffice to say that until the last month and a half I have not been able to write due to some crappy crap stuff going on.

But that doesn't matter now because it's all done and over with - the crappy stuff and I've submitted.  It's always a relief to be done...

Now it's time for me to move on to the next task at hand.  I have promised to do some writing, a bunch of articles to be submitted to a bunch of journals.  A completely different subject matter too!   Fresh air!
